The villa is, approximately, 240 square meters and was build 14 years ago. It is equipped with a central air- conditioning system. It has, apart of the master bedroom, another two bedrooms in the main house, each with its own bathroom plus a fourth bedroom in a bungalow, located beneath the swimming pool area, with a bathroom and a little kitchenette.
In the underground level of the main house, there is a fifth bedroom with bathroom, a kitchenette and a joining room where a large deep freezer, a washing and drier machines are installed. This whole underground area, having its own independent entrance, is for the accommodation and the exclusive use of the villa’s personnel.
The villa has a good size sitting and dinning area on the ground floor. It has a fire place, a separate WC and a beautiful open kitchen with a bar and leads to a very attractive and spacious veranda viewing the sunset falling into the sea at Finikas Bay, south of the island.
Next to the master bedroom, located in the first floor, which has also a fire place, there is an extra roomy steam bath (Hamaam) that is most relaxing after an active day under the sun! The master bedroom has its own verandas with a panoramic view. Furthermore, in the first floor, there is an independent access to a very large roof garden!
The villa is surrounded by about 4,500 square meters of private land with olive, lemon and pine trees. A special effort was given to create a very pleasant outdoor living on the left and front sides of the main house where a good size swimming pool is located with a Jacuzzi section, a cozy pool bar with a straw roof and a barbeque , to accommodate those that would like to have a quick snack and a few drinks, whilst enjoying swimming and sunbathing!
Finally, the villa has its own large electric diesel generator that allows its owner and friends to continue enjoying themselves even when the island’s electric power may be, temporary, cut-off as, in this case, it will automatically start providing electric power until the island’s power is re-established.
