This is a wholly stone- built house of a distinct Venetian style. It has a magnificent view on the sea and on the village of Ktikados.
It is well protected from the northern winds and surrouded by a luxuriant garden .
The villa of a total 400 m2, is composed of the mail house and two independent guest-houses.
The main house is two-floored with a mezzanine(office) and comprises three sitting rooms ( two on the ground floor, one on the first floor), one dinning room and two kitchen rooms fully equipped by Miele . on the ground floor.
It has three bedrooms ,all of them with ensuite bathrooms .

At the entrance of the villa a set of pergolas creates a sitting area around a huge stone table which is covered by fig trees.There are three outside parking spaces and a garage for one car.
